Earlier this year the Countrywide South-West sold a property along Downend Road, Bristol. The property was a great development opportunity and eventually sold at auction for £40,000 above its guide price.
Wendy Alexander, Senior Auction Surveyor at Countrywide South-West, said: “We’ve had a successful year across the South-West, in the likes of Devon and Cornwall. Now we want to build on that success and step more in to the Bristol property market.
“We are part of the UK’s largest estate agency network which means we can operate on a UK-wide level as well as locally. We also have the capabilities to provide national coverage and marketing.”
Countrywide property auctions operate in the South-West, North-East, North-West regions of England and throughout Wales.
Wendy continued: “Selling at auction will give the best price for a property, a fast timescale of sale to completion of deal and all the while it’s a very simple process.
“Property auctions are becoming more popular and the preferred way to sell!”
Countrywide South-West’s last auction of the year takes places on December 5. The catalogue will close for final entries November 7.
